TOT on Education In Emergencies

Education in Emergency Training started this morning at The One hotel, Surat Thani Province. The training was provided by Save the Children and supported by USAID, IOM and Save the Children. The core objective of the training is to train participants to handle and able to continue providing education to the children even there was a conflict or affected by the natural disaster.

As Education in Emergency is all about ” Right to Education”, we need to understand that where there is human there must be an Education. The training was attended by staff from Foundation for Education and Development ( FED ), IOM, Disac, PODC and Children Family Shelter from Ranong, Phang Nga and Surat. FED has sent two educational staff for the training and the training will be finished on 1st April, 2016.
